With a permanent base and professional activity in Naxos, my experience comes from continuous involvement in real projects, where the particularities of plots, urban planning regulations, and changing conditions set clear limits, and decisions have an immediate financial impact.

I collaborate with private clients and investors who plan to construct or renovate properties in Naxos and the Small Cyclades and require clear, well-documented technical judgment before and during construction.

My role is to translate intentions and ideas into realistic and feasible decisions, taking into account costs, timelines, licensing constraints, and the actual construction conditions in an island environment.

My professional background includes work in structured, international working environments. This has shaped a disciplined and methodical approach to design, coordination, and project execution.

The largest part of my work lies in the transitional stage between design and construction, where, if timely and proper management is not applied, delays, cost overruns, and failures occur.

Project coordination is carried out in close collaboration with contractors, designers, technicians, and suppliers, with technical supervision during construction where required.

The goal is for projects to progress with efficiency, proper coordination, and clear execution, with controlled risk and as few unforeseen situations as possible.
